Overview

At the end of the Contest, cash prizes for Budget Baseball are awarded to:

  • The top 100 teams overall.
  • The top 50 teams in each division.
  • The top 3 point scoring team every week of the Contest.

    Teams will be divided evenly among eight (8) divisions. The number of teams in each division will be determined by the total number of teams entered in the Budget Baseball Contest.

    Weekly winners will be determined each Wednesday based on the point totals from the previous Monday through Sunday games. The first weekly prizes will be awarded April 18, 2012, and based on games played April 9-15, 2012. The last weekly prizes will be awarded October 3, 2012, and based on games played September 24-30.

    Cash prizes are awarded in U.S. dollars. In the event of a tie, cash prizes will be added together and divided evenly among those who have tied.
